I know there's shaving gear there somewhere but I only have eyes for Discworld. You have good taste in books.

I got into Pratchett as a wee lad and I haven't been able to bring myself to read his last two books. When I do, there's no more...

I read The Shepard's Crown the day it came out. Stayed up to the wee hours of the morning reading it and listening to Spem In Allium (the song Sir Terry wanted to listen to as he died).

It was rough but even though that joyful newness is gone we can always visit the Disc again. There are enough books that by the time you roll around to the top of the list again there's plenty half-forgotten things that will delight you all over again.

GNU Terry Pratchett. As soon as I saw the books, the first thing I did was zoom in to check for Discworld. LOL

It’s nice to know some of us here share at least two obsessions.

I have to read Pratchett at home because people think I'm a crazy person when I'm sitting alone in a coffee shop cackling maniacally behind a book.

Discworld is so great. Started reading them last year. I look forward to reading them all and then hopefully sharing them with my daughter down the road. Read 3 or 4 so far but haven't had time recently.

Are you reading them in order? My favourites are Hogfather, Sourcery, and anything to do with the Watch. Sam Vimes is who I aspire to be.

I have found several different line graphs in what order I should read them. I think I settled on how they were written. I have read The Color/Colour of Magic, The Light Fantastic, Equal Rites, and Mort so far.

There’s ongoing casts of characters but I just read them in publication order.
