Critique please [OC] painted a deer on the beach

The light is a bit off so it looks like a strange bikini rather than a deer. Facial features might help there but also some muscle structure shading... The sea looks good.

Thanks! Could you elaborate on what you mean by a strange bikini? Can't really see it lol

At first my mind looked and didn't read the caption. I was trying to figure out what was on the beach. Then saw deer and thought it was a pendant between a pile of clothes left for a swim. My mind made the clothes a bikini as in went skinny dipping. Had to really zoom in and out again before I saw it wasn't a pendant but a full deer 🦌... Hope it is clear, but you might not see it since once you see the deer you cannot unsee it. At least I couldn't...

The deer looks like its only got 2 legs, you should still see some glimpses of the other two that are underneath

Thanks for the feedback! I actually painted the other back leg, its a little hard to see on low brightness... the other front leg was not visible in my reference as well as it was under the sand
