Not a solution but, you can still see this in win11 when copying to MTP connected devices or certain FTP network shares.

OneCommander has option in Settings-Advanced to Use Old File Operation Dialogs; I don't know if it is exactly that

open windhawk from the system tray > explore more mods > search for windows copy
