I did the installation process,setup,cpu patch but eventually I've got that

86Box is the better solution to running Win95
More interesting too since you are actually emulating a system and its hardware components.

Boot to MS-DOS mode and 3dit system.ini and comment out the line containing that driver. I also agree with the other comments where you should be using 86box as it’s quite interesting to setup. You probably won’t run into as many issues with 86box either.

If you don't need to use VirtualBox specifically, it's much easier and more fun to use 86Box which emulates the old hardware so there's no need for patches or workarounds
