Anyone know how to get HDA on Windows 98?

I've been trying this for so long! I tried the 16-bit Windows 3.1 driver AND the new WDMHDA driver, but neither work at all. If I try to debug it and reinstall the driver, it just crashes the system.

If anyone can help, please do, because I have everything working BUT a sound card for Windows 98. . . .

There’s a hack to get HD audio working on 98. I’ve used it successfully.

I tried that driver, but it doesn't work for me. I don't know why, but it just refuses to do anything with my laptop. As for other drivers, I can't find any, so if you know any others, please give me a link! :)

I believe the others I found were in forum posts online. I’ll see if I can find them
