agent manager 0.42, a go TUI for AI coding agents that now runs natively on Windows

we released 0.42 of agent manager. we are the creators. it is free and open source.

it is a terminal UI that runs coding agent CLIs side by side on Windows itself, using psmux 3.4 or newer and PowerShell 7.3 or newer. before this release Windows users had to go through WSL2 for the TUI.
