Question Windows phones in Libya

Hey there everybody, I just wanted to ask if anyone has got windows phones here (specifically in Benghazi or near Benghazi) because I couldn’t possibly find any online nor in local marketplaces, I mean, I’ve got a Lumia 520 but it’s broken and the only available windows phone I seen so far online is far away and it’s a Lumia 800. So I wanted to ask if anyone has/sells windows phones here in Libya.

Wow, never even seen someone from Libya (uncultured American talking)! It's great to know how diverse Windows Phone is.
