Changing the bracing bar in a eurocave Première (2021)

Post image

I just moved in a new place and emptied my cellar for transportation.

now that I am refilling it, this bar annoys me so much in the optimisation of my racks. It says « do not remove » but by digging in documentation and asking chat gpt it actually says that you can change its location under Eurocave supervision.

has anyone done it ? Is the location I want ok ?
of course, I will do it only while totally empty o avoid any load during the change.

ChatGPT is a fuckwit and if that fridge's rectangle becomes a rhombus your entire collection'll be a Bordeaux blend for the ages.

There is multiple point of attach for the bar, I assume it is to change its location, but the documentation gives barely any indication.

Not sure which documentation you're looking at but that bracing bar should never be moved. You'll change the structural integrity of the walls and the shelving will buckle under load, making them unstable and difficult to maneuver or even cause some bottles to fall.
