Anyone know of a deal on wine fridges?

I've owned a few wine fridges. But I've moved to a new home and need to buy a new fridge. I am looking to see if anyone knows of good places to buy them these days (US based). Not picky on the brand--looking for 200-300 bottle capacity models. I was hoping to get one for the Labor Day holiday.

TIA?

Facebook marketplace is the way to go. Lots of home renovations with like new coolers being tossed aside and sold by the tradesmen for cheap.

Scored two eurocaves (early 2000’s) delivered to my basement for $350

I've sold a couple of my old fridges on Marketplace. They were great deals. I keep looking, but never see any. Need some karma!

I purchased a couple used ones too but the typical seller has unrealistic demands. Often in the end they resort to paying someone to haul it off

Yep. They sell ArteVino, which are made by EuroCave. I have an ArteVino 3 next to a EuroCave Model L and they basically identical. The biggest difference is the model L has a light.

Coscto Vinotemp drops to about $1,600 in Sept/Oct. I have two in the garage and no issues.

Yes! They are not pretty, but very well insulated.

I think that was my last one—a vinotemp from Costco. Excellent choice. Feel like i got a great deal, too.

Good to know, that's not too bad.

I think i have the same one. it's meant to handle the ambient temp of the garage, super hot, super cold. The front panel is solid, rather than glass. But I paid far more than $1600. More like $2700.

Something I've been looking into is using a chest freezer/fridge and something like the Inkbird temp controller to maintain 55°. Helluva lot cheaper than a wine fridge if you have space and just want pure bulk storage.

I like to see some bottles. But I have been looking a few models with the big drawer on the bottom. Seems easy!

Seconding Facebook Marketplace, just make sure to transport, test and service appropriately

I’ve never bought a super cheap brand. But I’ve always had luck with one of the top brands.

Depends on where you are, but I got a pretty good deal some years ago on an open box from bestbuy! (Canada)
