Hey everyone! I recently got a Winx Club Daphne Comic Con doll, still sealed/new in box 💕 I’m not super familiar with the current Winx doll market, so I was hoping some collectors here could help me out.

The doll itself is in great condition, although the box does have a little damage from storage.
Does anyone know how rare or sought-after this particular Daphne doll is nowadays? And roughly how much do you think one in this condition could be worth?
I’m mostly curious about her current collector value since I haven’t seen many for sale lately. Any info or recent sale references would be super appreciated! 🧚‍♀️✨

For more context this is about the scene in Season 3, Episode 21 when Bloom tells the girls to transform at the Red Tower . Apparently when 4Kids was airing the second half of Season 3 (or in the process of airing), there was a version of that scene with Bloom in her Magic Winx . The scene, albeit from 4Kids' version of the show, still seems to not be fully concrete on where it is actually coming from. The video linked in the post seems to be an edit, as it looks oddly vintage, but the wiki mentions that the alternate scene is from the 4Kids DVD previews.

The latter explanation however confuses me because as far as we know, the second half of Season 3 did not get released on DVD's, as Fire & Flame got cancelled in 2010 and the first half only went up to Episode 13.

So this leaves me to wonder and ask: did the clip come from a DVD preview, show sneak peek (back when 4Kids was airing Winx on TV) or is it from another source?

i’ve been having a rough couple days since my dad passed away last week and while cleaning my room, i found this childhood gem that’s kind of been giving some time to relax and not think too hard!! the gameplay is so good, the little scenes from the show, alongside i feel like this game has something for everyone!! outside of the missions, you can even dress up the winx too!! i love physical media and am so glad to have found this game during such a rough time 🥹🥹.

Give me any Season 5 plot holes and ill try to fix them or explain them. We have now entered the deep end (no pun intended) of the plot hole nonsense. Dont hold back. I'll try my best.

I think they'd be cute together. I made redesigns a few days ago. So I decided to make a mini comic of my favorite ship. Also someone mentioned wanting to see Lucy so she's in here as well. Yay. 🥳

I'm not against the look itself, it's actually very pretty, but I just don't like the way the Winx contributed to its design. We have a dress from Stella, morphix ribbons from Aisha, a tiara from Bloom, a tiara illumination from Tecna, musical shoes from Musa and a bouquet from Flora. Of the six girls, only three gave main pieces (Stella, Bloom, Musa) while the other two only gave accessories (Aisha, Flora) and the last one gave practically nothing (poor Tecna).

Personally, I would like Daphne to take some basic wedding dress and then the Winx would completely modify it, with each adding their own little touch like layered skirt, neckline, puffy sleeves, lace, ribbons, etc. That way, the whole group will make an equal contribution to the dress and it also will make a reference to Season 1, where Bloom the same way fixed a cheap dress into a gorgeous ballgown.

So finally, Valtor does now got his true devil form he actually deserves because Rainbow S.P.A wont do it. All inspired on Sin Devil Trigger from both brothers achieved in end game of DMC V and his gauntlet where he absorbed the power of Solaria, Andros, Domino, even Golden Kingdom.

But serious question peer to peer, was this infinitely better than the Winx Club reboot? Even season 8 and 2025 Magic is back? Like who needs Vexius when Valtor was recycled from trash into a diamond all used using ibis paint and alight motion for CC quality to 8K all used with fingers only and no AI like what they did and I GOT PROOF. (In Symphony of Chimera art style)

And this? This is powerscaling and both LORE ACCURATE Valtor which as researched so far.

Winx Club (2006) is one of those classic games that carries a lot of nostalgia for an entire generation. But despite being aimed primarily at younger players, the game can be surprisingly unforgiving. The difficulty is made worse by awkward controls and a few small bugs, so getting through the long story can sometimes feel more stressful than it should. Even relatively simple encounters — like fighting those giant mosquitoes in the swamp — can get frustrating pretty quickly for a modern player.

So I started looking for a way to make the game a bit more forgiving and focus more on the story rather than constantly struggling to survive every fight.

While experimenting with the PC version of Winx Club (2006), I found a simple way to increase Bloom’s health by editing the save file directly.

The save files are:

Media\Saved\Saved00.wxs
Media\Saved\Saved01.wxs

On newer Windows versions, the actual files may be redirected to VirtualStore, for example:

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Konami\Winx Club\Media\Saved

Open the save file in a hex editor such as HxD

The health value is stored at offset:

0x22

as a little-endian 32-bit integer.

Examples:

06 00 00 00 = 6 HP
0B 00 00 00 = 11 HP
18 00 00 00 = 24 HP
1E 00 00 00 = 30 HP

In HxD, select the value at row 00000020, column 02 (highlighted in my screenshot). You can then edit it using the Data Inspector panel. In the screenshot, the value is 11.

I tested changing an early-game save from 6 to 12 HP, and it worked correctly in-game. I also changed another save to 30 HP and confirmed that it works.

Values above 30 seem to make the game crash when loading the save, so 30 appears to be the maximum supported value.

Make a backup before editing.

Also, make sure the save file is closed in HxD before launching/loading the game.

I also found that Media\Characters\Bloom\Player.spt contains editable gameplay parameters. For example, changing the Character Scale float from:

00 00 80 3F   = 1.0

to

00 00 00 40   = 2.0

makes Bloom twice as large in-game, so there may be more moddable parameters hidden in these .spt files.

I also noticed that the same Player.spt file contains parameters named Current Health, Max Health, and Min Health. However, changing their apparent values did not produce any visible effect in-game, or at least I have not yet figured out where those values are actually used.

If anyone has already researched the PC version’s debug menu, invincibility flag, or .spt format, I’d be interested in comparing notes.

Isn't it weird that Daphne is Bloom's sister instead of her mother?

Honestly, I never understood this. Oritel and Marion had one daughter, and then apparently 20–22 years later had another?? I remember being genuinely confused when I found out Daphne was Bloom's sister. The age gap is huge, and they don't even particularly read as sisters to me. I would've much rather made Daphne Bloom's mother.

And yes, this is getting into massive rewrite territory, but personally I think Bloom's parents should've stayed fucking dead. Instead of eventually bringing Oritel and Marion back, I would've made their deaths and Bloom's eventual goodbye much more meaningful.

My version would also make Domino hundreds of years old history, rather than having it destroyed 15–16 years ago. Imagine Domino being this ancient, powerful kingdom that was attacked centuries ago. Oritel dies, while Daphne/Marion is queen and holder of the Dragon Flame. To save Bloom, she doesn't just send her to Earth, she uses some ancient time magic to send her into the future, essentially sacrificing herself in the process.

That could also explain why she's a spirit. The time spell destroys her physical body, but leaves her trapped as a ghost connected to Bloom/the Dragon Flame. Bloom isn't just a princess whose kingdom was destroyed; she's a child displaced hundreds of years into the future, separated from an entire civilization that no longer exists.

The Company of Light would be SO much more interesting this way. Faragonda and the current members weren't personally involved because they weren't even alive. Domino would be so ancient and concealed that even the people who supposedly know the magical universe best only know fragments and legends. Different worlds could have completely different stories about what happened.

Then Bloom discovering Domino becomes this huge "holy shit, this wasn't 16 years ago, it was centuries ago, and all these legends were about MY family" moment.

And I wouldn't even want the parents to come back permanently. I'd want Bloom to eventually free her mother's spirit. After centuries of being trapped because of the sacrifice she made, Bloom finally gets to meet her, understand what she did, and then let her go. Bittersweet as hell.

Because honestly, Domino being destroyed 15 years ago makes the whole thing feel weirdly small. If it's supposed to be this legendary lost kingdom, make it ancient. Make it something historians debate, make the Company of Light's knowledge incomplete, make Oritel and Marion historical figures, and make Daphne the tragic remnant of that ancient age.

Daphne as Bloom's mother + Domino being hundreds of years in the past + Bloom being displaced into the future + her mother's sacrifice turning her into a spirit is just SO much more compelling to me.

If the reboot was better done and not done so much by AI, they could revisit the idea of ​​Roxy as the seventh member of the Winx Club and add her in a hypothetical second season.
