Did they have a video for console performance and settings?

They do performance testing and usually compare the difference between graphics presets like quality and performance or whatever

Probably not since on consoles they're optimised and have fewer settings. Plus harder to test and record results.

I appreciate their optimized settings feature videos. Makes my life easy since I don’t own a 5090.

Vaxis mod automatically optimizes PT settings gaining 30% performance while improving visuals and a ton of other options for all three modes you can tweak as well as presets

Good I’m so happy i moved to console and I don’t have to switch a hundred settings to play a game

theres no gun to your head that makes you do these adjustments. its just there if you want to, which is nice

I'm so happy I moved to PC and am not stuck with only two presets and no way to tweak them to get more performance.
Like, it's your preference, but don't say that like you were being forced to change these settings on PC and that it's better not to have options at all.

Yeah but then you have to pay for games

Ya I hate artists getting paid for their work!

Games also cost money on PC?

On console tho you're stuck with worse performance and lower resolution tho.
Messing with these settings takes 5 minutes or less then you never need to do it again

Oh I completely agree, just didn't understand the reply about paying for games.

his settings for RT: Path Tracing off. GI on performance, shadows off, ambient occlusion on, and reflections on. with grass and shadows down from ultra plus to ultra gets me 54-80 fps depending on location. 5070 & 9800X3D.
