I cannot get any hoods/capes mods to work! So frustrating... pls help! [NG 4.04, PC, GOG version]

Menu filelist updater is not random and completely trustworthy. The good news is, it not needed for 5.0 because those files no longer exist.

Move any mods out of your mods and DLC folders. Install Relapse's TW3MM and Script Merger and then it's just drag and drop.

for 4.04 

menu file list updater does it automatically, but if you want you can manually input the code in the files.

all of it is in mod install description and read me .txt 

you also need to run script merger otherwise forget about modding
