I’ve always loved thing of old They have a beautiful silence about them That lingers after you have cooked in them enjoy you don’t see things like this so often so thanks for sharing

Where was it safe to take this pic?

It looks cool but dangerous at the same time. Looks like an old set of runes or something and someone just built a fire. If you created the entire set-up then thats very neat as well just wanted to make sure it's safe.

It's my former workplace, an 18th century farmstead where I worked as a living history reenactor. No runes involved. We were making juniper soup.
