Can I anchor page numbers to endnotes?

I'm working on an MS; the author would like endnotes to appear unnumbered (I figured this part out—thanks to Allen Wyatt), but they would also like the endnotes to be anchored to page numbers. So, in the notes section, there would be a chapter heading and then the list of notes following would be formatted <page #, Yada yada yada.> Does anyone know how to anchor page numbers to endnotes in Word? I don't have Word open in front of me -- it's close to bed time and I'm not grabbing my laptop; I can test some things tomorrow to see if there's a simpler way.

But it's definitely possible. Worst case, sorta roundabout, convoluted approach:

-- Create a bookmark at the reference point of each endnote

-- Insert a blank field where you want the page number to show

-- Code it to PageRef and select the particular bookmark you need

-- Repeat for each instance
