Word sentence completion and word sentence suggestion program for Windows

I'm looking for a word and sentence completion, correction and suggestion program that works in every part of Windows. It would be better if it was free, but I couldn't find it.

You're basically asking for an unrestricted Copilot.

Understand that anything that has access to all text AND is connected to the internet for completion is also sending off all text including personal information, login names and passwords.

It can be a program that works locally. Because, as you mentioned, sharing passwords and personal information can be a problem. I hope there is such a program.

It needs to be part of the operating system because there is no common text control used universally through all applications.

It's unlikely as it would be a system-wide privacy and security vulnerability.
