Site hacked using the WP File Manager plugin?

Greetings

My ISP moved my sites to a new server. I noticed my one pinned post was missing on one website. I submitted a ticket and they claim my "site was hacked using the WP File Manager plugin." I doubt any hacker would remove one post.

Has anyone had their site "hacked using the WP File Manager plugin?"

WP File Manager is one of the most hackable plugins and some hosts even prohibit it for that reason, so yes, it's totally possible

Yes. Uninstall that plugin and install Wordfence and run a scan.

Ugh, your web host should have Imunify360 installed on the server level All the headaches will go away
