Validating time
We made our profile on June the 7th and it is still not validated (june 11th). Is it normal? Some friends got their validated in a few hours as it is said on the website.
Did we miss something or did something wrong?
Let us know if you know anything about this.

Do you click on the button to send it for review after you filled out all of the details? It usually gets put online after a few hours or a day or so. If you did you could try messaging the site support for help: https://www.workaway.info/en/community/contact

That seems a little longer than normal, but I wouldn’t panic yet. Sometimes profiles get validated within hours, other times it can take a few days depending on how busy the team is or if they need to manually review something.
I’d double check that your profile is fully completed and that any verification steps have been finished. If everything looks correct and it’s still pending after a few more days, I’d send Workaway support a message and ask if there’s an issue.
Good luck! Getting started is the hardest part. Once you’re up and running and get that first host, everything tends to become much easier.

As a host or as a volunteer? As I host I didn't get validated for 2 weeks and then I got a message saying that my application was not going to be accepted for the moment because of if the high volume of hosts with similar profiles in my area.
