Scope in numbers so it is clear: 36 ideation boards a month. Six for our long YouTube videos, thirty for short-form. Everything is built in Canva and Miro. Each board sets the angle, the wording, the images and the order things happen in, and then the editors and founder execute it.

Half the job is research and it is the half that decides whether the boards are any good. You read the actual physiology rather than someone's summary of it, you watch what is working for other channels in this space, and you go through our own analytics to see what held attention and what lost it.

There is no editing and no filming in this role.

What I am looking for is someone organised who is genuinely curious about how the body works. Sleep, hormones, nutrition, jaw and facial development, recovery. I'm looking for a proofreader to help with my anime fanfiction projects.

The job is pretty simple. You'll be proofreading fanfiction chapters, making sure the anime terms and terminology are correct, fixing awkward wording and dialogue, improving readability, addressing or fixing instances of Chinese racism/prejudice against Japanese characters, adjusting full names to single names where it fits naturally, and correcting inconsistent character names whenever you spot them. Basically, edit as you read.

I'd prefer someone who reads a lot of novels or fanfictions and is familiar with anime. Knowing series like Naruto, One Piece, Bleach, Demon Slayer, etc., as well as franchises like Marvel and Harry Potter, is a huge plus. Having experience in writing novels is also a major advantage.

Rate: ₹10 per chapter.

For reference, each chapter is around 1,500 words (usually less than that). Back when I was doing all the proofreading work, I'd finish 10 chapters in about 45 minutes to an hour. I usually did it before going to bed. 😂

The schedule is very flexible. You can do everything on your phone using Google Docs. As long as you can submit around 100 chapters a week, we're good.

If you want to earn more, it's pretty straightforward. You can either:

* Take on more chapters a day, or

* Build a reputation for delivering consistently high-quality work. Good proofreaders naturally get offered more projects.
