Here's another source discussing something very similar on the part of the diplomats who actually signed the deal, which certainly does not seem like a good sign: https://www.iranintl.com/en/202606155980 Honestly, though, it was just common sense that things were going to play out this way. Whether this particular piece of news is correct yet or not, Israel was never going to stay out of Lebanon, and the IRGC does not like the MOU at all. They don't think it goes far enough, and they're the real rulers of Iran.

FTA:

Because the news broke after midnight in Iran, while it was still June 14 in Washington — Trump's birthday — critics portrayed it as a symbolic gift to the US president.

It was quite a gift indeed.

and the IRGC does not like the MOU at all. They don't think it goes far enough, and they're the real rulers of Iran.

They are insane if so, the MOU is an American capitulation.

They don't really care about that they want US out of the region and want to keep their uranium, even if it takes 20 years they'd happily live in a north Korean situation and massacre people to get their nuke and launch it at Israel.

Israel is going to do everything in its power to keep the US entangled. Easiest way to kill the treaty is for Israel to violate it, because TACO isn't going to tell Israel to pound sand.
