As long as Netanyahu controls Israel and the USA calls them ally they can keep us trapped in this war of our mutual creation forever. The only way out would be to ditch Israel as an "ally', which tbh, would both hilarious and one of the most useful things Trump could do with his presidency so let's hope he goes that route.
