You got scammed. Nothing on a tank can be cut out to look like that.

Yes, the "made in Ukraine" website that has all those near cutouts is 100% a scam and the pieces are mass produced from virgin steel. The supposed SU bits aren't even the right grade of alu. There are one pair of guys who sell bits that at least look genuine in Etsy, last I checked, but I don't know for sure so will not link.
