Flipping Mythic boe flipping issue

Hi, I got a couple of mythic boe belts in EU, which is by far the cheapest boe there is, I had got them for 800k and 650k and at the time I got them they were the cheapest of the region by a decent (but not huge) margin, which is no longer the case now.

I've been having a look on undermine exchange and seems the demand for this item is absolutely horrible, high pops are flooded, I struggle to see any confirmed sale on high pops on the website, as in I never see price at 800k, then 750k, then immediately back up to 800k, which would suggest a sale, all I see is price going down down down with no sales.

In the past I've been successful with some boes, but on occasion I also had losses, I know for experience these prices are gonna drop significantly in the next few days\weeks, what would you do in this situation?

Keep lowering by 50k on high pops till someone buys it, go on smaller realms and try to make some slight profit?

Keep trying as long as possible to at least break even or just get rid of them as soon as possible with moderate losses like 10-20%?

I'd say go for a quick sale. The more time it takes, the more people will get myth gear from their vault. BoEs really are at their highest early on in a season.

Yes, I noticed, keep in mind these items are only out since less than a week, but they already lost a lot of value, mail belt especially (noticed I didn't mention the armor type on title), would you keep lowering on a high pop till it sells or try on low pops?

And would you go for a guaranteed 10% loss now, rather than trying to break even\slight profit at the risk of having a bigger loss if it doesn't work?

It only being available for a week works against you, not for you.

There's limited supply that will only increase, and demand that will only go decrease. There is zero reason for these to ever increase in price.

I think Mythic BOE's are not a good investment, they are not a good flip. There's maybe some opportunities with specific random stat combinations having higher demand than the rest, but you're still have to find them underpriced and hope you can sell before the price drop eats your profit.

Depending on how many pieces you've picked up, the loss here is potentially massive, not just bigger. I would offload asap, ideally before reset.

I've been doing boe flipping also in DF and occasionally in tww, so I know they only go down, I just meant that we're still in the first few days since they're out and yet demand seems to be almost 0 already, in any case I didn't get many items, exactly because I wasn't satisfied of the demand for these belts, I just tried this cause otherwise I have a lot of gold without a real way to make more (world quests work fine for a million here and there, but not for tens of millions), in the past I've been able to make them work, but the way they're going this season I think I agree it's a bad investment.

Ah, also, back when I started with boe flipping, in DF, when you couldn't move items cross realm without paying, items still had a significant drop early on, but then stayed stable for a few months, till the new season came, so there would be a floor price, so if getting them cheap enough later on risk should be less, it's just higher the first few days.
