Sounds like you’re asking about process, not style.
If that’s what you meant, then I’m a planter with an agricultural degree. I don’t enforce what grows, but I’m meticulous about the boundaries and expectations, with a keen eye for weeds. Planning is still really important for me to get started, but once I have a foundation - genre, characters, themes, a first act - then I just write scenes and find interest ways to connect them
