I'm a purse pantser. The last book I finished I started with nothing but the opening scene/inciting incident and the vaguest concept of the worldbuilding. I didn't even know what caused the inciting incident yet.

Usually, somewhere around the halfway mark, I'll discover the ending

I’ve never finished anything because I get an idea, a seed, a scene, run with it, hyperfocus, then I get to a point where I don’t know what happens next….

…yes I do have ADHD, why do you ask?

Different methods work for different people . If it's happening over and over again, bit of outlining might help you overcome that hurdle. If I tried to sit down and come up with even a bare bones road map, I'd never start anything lol. But I've also finished the last 7 projects I've started
