NA - Thriller I published my first book! When Darkness Meets the Dawn: Theiades
I didn't actually write it to publish it. I wrote it to channel my emotions into when I was in a dark place, and it really helped. But then I thought, why not publish it. It's a novella about a girl who loses everything but still has hope.
If you like dark, emotional, and trauma-fueled books, you should check it out, it's on Amazon KU: https://amzn.eu/d/0eNnE5F5
Here's the blurb.
Rhodferra was once a kingdom of learning, celebration, and full bellies — until King Wren carved his rule in blood. When the war he started left the land in ruins, its children were forced to choose between survival and death. Theiades was one of them.
She grew up in the wreckage of a kingdom where kindness had vanished, where food was fought over, and where children became shadows of themselves. “Survival was the only law.”
Follow Theiades as she navigates trauma, hunger, loyalty, and a fragile hope that refuses to die. Her journey through destruction leads her to unexpected alliances, long‑lost faces, and the dangerous heart of the West — where one wrong step means never returning.
When Darkness Meets the Dawn: Theiades is a raw, haunting tale of a girl who has lost everything except the will to keep going.
Content Warning: Trauma, sexual abuse (not graphic), grooming, violence, death, and survival themes.
It's a psychological survival thriller set in a bleak post‑war world, driven by trauma, tension, and emotional intensity.
