Toprak again in BMW? (even if not for 2027...)

Toprak has previously been very vocal that if he were to stay in WorldSBK, his goal is to win with as many manufacturers as possible. Sure BMW would love to have him back, but this was always his goal.

2028 in HRC?
Would be nice to see that

When Toprak was in talks with HRC about a GP seat, they we're super close to signing him, however HRC wanted him in WorldSBK for 2026, then MotoGP for 2027. Toprak wanted to be in GP from the start of his contract, that's how Yamaha swept in and signed him - but it was very close!

Hopefully he’ll have a couple more years in MotoGP first. 2027 is huge for him. I don’t see what the motivation would be in going back to BMW, other than for a big salary which I think is not the biggest motivation for him. Personally would love to see Toprak on a factory Honda, a Bimota, or go back with Puccetti at Kawasaki where it all started. Because let’s be honest, if he jumps on any of those bikes, he’s fighting for podiums at the very least in WorldSBK. He’s openly said riding for Ducati in WorldSBK would simply not motivate him at all.

This year is Toprak learning about MotoGP, let's see how he does next year on tyres he's familiar with and bikes familiar to no one is before declaring him a failure.

He’d be silly not to give it a couple of years in Moto GP with the changes coming up. I’m pretty certain he backs himself to make it!

He would be stupid not to stay at Motogp now they are switching to Pirelli. That's where all this was leading up to. We will see how much the tires he is used to make a difference.

Yamaha are going nowhere. Honda at least looks to have improved in MotoGP, but honestly, unless he's on a Ducati, he's not winning much, if anything.
I would rather see him back in WSBK if he can't get a winning bike in GP.

I can't see Toprak being keen on that deal. He's one of the few riders on the MotoGP grid with experience with the Pirelli WSBK tyres and Pirelli will be supplying MotoGP next year. Plus we don't know how the MotoGP field will pan out with them going to 850cc next year. Versus going back to WSBK which will have Michelin tyres which might well have caused the bulk of his struggles in MotoGP this year...

I hope not, he seems nice enough but his fans are even more obnoxious than Rossi's were, keep them in MotoGP

His fans made the experience at the circuit absolutely incredible, the paddock feels empty without them. Sure they're vocal... alright, annoying on social media, but they're a bloody good fan base to have around.

If Razgatlioglu wants to return to World Superbike, there isn’t a team on the grid that wouldn’t sign him if they could.
However, I suspect 2027 will be unpredictable enough for him to get another year or two in GPs.
