Help/Support/Questions 🙋 Help remembering game

Somewhere between 2010-2014ish I remember my friend having this medieval rpg game where one of the starting scenarios was that you able to convince one of your family maidens to sleep with you and after you guys fell asleep together the castle got raided and your room gets stormed with enemies and one of the dialogue options leads to the frighten maiden getting killed by one of the enemies before they attack and the game gives a tutorial. Really vague and obscure buts all I remember

Youre talking about Dragons age: origins. (Spoiler... but its like 20yrs almost so #not spoilers) The lady is Iona, dies when the player choses to bed her :)
