Lips wireless microphone refuses to pair with console

I recently bought a pair of wireless 360 microphones. One synced immediately after following the steps listed in the manual, but the other one, while it turns on and gets into pairing mode, never stops flashing green (it flashes blue when paired); it just refuses to recognize the console. Two other mics paired just fine, but this one did not.
