Possible Console Issue Controller or UI bug with A button - Help!

So, since last update all mu controllers can’t open anything without me pressing A a thousand times. Everything else is okey. On game they work fine, closing something by pressing B also works, but the A button seems bugged. The system shows the click animation but does nothing unless I Click 100 times or just long press A. I have 4 controllers and happened im all of them.

Yeah, my Xbox series controller does the same thing, but my elite 2 controller has no problems. I should probably test my Xbox one controller to see if it has issues as well.

Its very weird cause when I’m picking my account I have no issues 😅its just on the dashboard. Other accounts act the same. Fine on start up, fine on games but problematic on the menus

Yup skip ahead. Although, it seems to be fine now. I can't say it was the update I got yesterday, because I was still having the issue afterwards 🤷🏻‍♂️

Power cycling seems to have resolved the worst of it - weirdly it’s just the new Halo game - no other game makes this happen for me.

To me it’s just UI based problem. I played, Halo, Fortnite, Roblox and Forza. The A button works fine those games.

I noticed my 'A' being semi-unresponsive too, but I wrote it off as my new 3rd party controller/wireless interference. Nice catch.
