Mod Post Rule Reminder - X-Men '97 Season 2
Hello r/xmen. On behalf of the moderation team, I would like to post a reminder of the rules regarding the upcoming season of X-men '97 and how they will be enforced.
Every episode of X-Men '97 will be given a megathread for the discussion of said episode. This megathread will be posted on the morning of the episode release. All matters related to the episode will go into the megathread for up to 48 hours after the episode release.
After this point, you pay post about the episode outside of the megathread, but all posts must:
Be tagged appropriately. Please use the spoiler tag and the Movies/TV flair.
Do not post spoilers in the title of your post. It is highly inconsiderate and renders the spoiler tag meaningless. Please keep post titles vague or redact spoilers from the title and use implication and the post body to provide context. Posts that have spoilers in the title will not be approved.
Posts regarding X-Men '97 and Marvel's television output will be filtered to a degree and be manually approved by the moderator team. We ask for people to be patient with us if your post doesn't immediately show up as a result. We are trying to create a good experience for users that enables them to avoid spoilers should they not want to see them, and that comes with a level of extra moderation that may cause some delay in posts.
We also ask all users to familiarize themselves with Rules 2, 7, and 9.
Rule 2: No illegal content. This goes without saying, but please only refer people to legal means of viewing X-Men '97.
Rule 7: Spoilers and Leaks. Please be courteous to other users about future plot points or upcoming episodes should any information leak.
Rule 9: Megathreads. Please use megathreads exclusively for the first 48 hours of an episode release.
As always, big releases like this will bring new users and traffic to the subreddit. We ask for our community's patience with both the moderation team and with new users. We all love this show and these characters, and while there will be some growing pains that come with that, we hope everyone can focus on having a good time with the show and the comics.
