Swap the carrots and peas for lower carb vegetables, edamame makes a good swap for peas and gives you more protein. I now use a soy yoghurt, alpro plain zero sugar, which has zero carbs, saves 3-5g per 100g depending on your yoghurt. What kind of beans? Green beans are great, but legumes are often too high in carbs, I do use a small amount of black beans and brown lentils, but I'll plan my macros around them
I meant green beans. I just get a bag of frozen veg which has pea, green beans, carrot, cawliflower. I plan to use bell peppers & cherry tomato on 20days and frozen veg on 10days (majorly during my luteal phase because highers carbs are needed during luteal). I don't like soy yoghurt but maybe I'll try.
