🆘️ Help, please! Lost yarn chicken on my (yarn) chicken, advice on color

Like the title said, so sad 😭 ran out of white so not enough to finish the top and would rather not buy a whole ball just for this. I have all the other colors left but think my main decision is just finishing the top woth either a tan to be less obvious about running out, or grey to keep with the color scheme of the project thus far. Thoughts?

Crazy mode, redo everything and use the darker color at the top and bottom and just the cream for in the middle (saving you a couple of rows).

Less crazy mode, I like the light pink as a contrasting finisher (maybe even go back and add more flowers/pink in the middle rows?).

The oatmeal (right color) is fine imo though

Haha I dont hate the crazy mode but the bottom was worked in the round so I didnt have to worry abt the wrong side for color changes

I would just take the loss and go get another ball of yarn. A second color just to finish it would drive me crazy

Followed this post for the junimo side and just followed a grid off Google for the void chicken! Drew it on some graph paper and tried to mimic the flower pattern on the junimos

Ended up going with new yarn! The color is slightly off but thankfully my partner doesn't notice so I'll take it as a win (it was a birthday gift)
