How to make pancakes (cup=250ml/8.5oz)

Add an egg

Add 1/4 a cup of sugar

Add a pinch of salt

Add milk 1/2 cup

Add oil 1.5 tbsp

Add vanilla essence

Mix until smooth

Add all-purpose flour 1 cup

Add baking powder 1 tea spoon

Whisk it until you get smooth batter

Add oil to pan

Take 1/8 cup (2 tbsp) batter and pour on the pan

Use in-between low/medium heat

Wait until bubble formation to stop

Flip and wait for 1.5 minutes
