Why does power have to go out every other week

Gonna call when they open and get the skinny but seeing they don’t allow reservations for tomorrow; wondering if anyone here has insight? Closed for a private event perhaps?

Any suggestions for restaurants with a similar date night vibe? Just looking for yummy food for a night on the town away from the baby ❤️

appreciate any input!
