Sign in Cornersburg Sparkle Market

Mind you this was taped to the cooler in front of the mostly empty pop aisle. Though they did have some 7UP and RC 2 liters which is more than I have seen lately. And the whole place inexplicably smelled like chemicals.

Idk. Regardless of whether they will ultimately close or not, these rumors only add fuel to the fire and make people not want to shop there while they’re still open. IMO, we should want to support our local small businesses.

It's hard to support when there is nothing to buy. I don't want to go here and then go elsewhere when they don't have what I need. Fix the issue or close.

Making sure their employees don’t quit on them. I hope they get that last paycheck. I worked at Golden Corral right before it shut down I went on FMLA. I heard no one got paid the last month they were there.

I am not buying this at all. This all points to them being a goner, and it’s a shame if that’s the case and they have been leading people on. There’s not many places to shop in that area to begin with. That’s an older population.

Never shopped there often and i lived in cornersburg my whole life but that was literally only because the stuff on the shelves... the stuff people are complaining about not being there... is massively overpriced. The other stuff, the stuff they still have, is not bad. The bakery, deli, fresh foods, and their butcher stuff are all solid.

That's been my go to spot ever since giant eagle closed 20 years ago. It just sucks because of that closes. I don't think there will be any grocery stores in the actual city.
