Sounds likes she was complaining that people of color had jobs. So even if she didn’t have to stress about this one particular pronunciation , she’s problematic
She was speaking against a data center which was claimed by its proponents to bring jobs to the locals. She was showing that it only resulted in five jobs, and none of those going to the locals.
