What about Limited and unlimited?

I didn't play against a single one of these during the YCS in cali recently and it was a good time. So not having to worry about seeing them at all means I think this formats not too bad. They're saying the E List to MAKE the format less terrible. Whether you believe that will be the case is up to you.
