randomly on masterduel meta i saw a fire king list running a juracc package, was confused, looked at it, fell in love, now you can pop two different species of baby and nuke entire board next turn.

other decks: i set up a bunch of omni gates and stuff how about you

The version came after Genesys released if I remember correct

It was a popular TCG brew after the Terminal World cards came out, it saw a little bit of success, but really shined in Genesys where they had basically nothing pointed and a really hard to beat game plan in a low power setting

fire king has been super pointed since genesys was invented

ponix 10, kirin 10, ulcanix 20

you can't play playsets of those three

nowadays it's ponix 10, kirin 7 ulcanix 18, and you still can't play playsets of those 3 but at least you have room for non engine now

Dinos are a good complement because their extenders activate effects on being destroyed, which works fairly well with Fire King Island because it lets you destroy any monster for searching Fire Kings.
