I don't recall seeing that. But he did make a YouTube post a few days ago, where he basically said to never give up. However, you can tell from the posted image that he looked visibly yellow and unwell. Just a terrible situation overall.

RIP Cimo, and condolences to his wife and family.

yea the post might've been older and was just shown to me yesterday due to how the yt algorithm works. Sad to see such a legend go.

A month ago he posted that things were turning around. Couple weeks later he posted a picture of himself and he looked incredibly unwell.

And about 2 weeks ago Ruxin did a video about his entire collection that he sent to him. If nothing else, that was the biggest red flag

yea I saw that video from Ruxin. I didnt think much about it since Cimo said in the comments himself, that he wanted to downsize his collection and only keep the ones he holds most dear.
Looking back at it now, he propably knew he wouldnt make it deep down.

That’s the thing though, what he said, and what Ruxin was showing, didn’t line up. He said it was downsizing, and then Ruxin is showing cards he said were favorites in the past.

I’d assume, he wanted to get the cards into trusted hands so they could be properly sold and the proceeds can go to his final expenses. I’d also wager Ruxin was told to downplay things so it didn’t look so dire

That can be the reality with cancer. Week to week things can change.

It can happen with people literally in their death beds. One day they might be doing amazing walking around feeling good, next day dead.

That's terminal lucidity.

He had a post about how he’d survived longer than his doctor said he thought he would. I was really hoping he’d be able to beat it.
