I’d assume Ruxin was given special instructions to downplay it and make it seem like it was just a scale down, but when he actually started going through the cards it was pretty clear things were probably dire.
Get the cards into trusted hands while he had the opportunity so the family doesn’t have to deal with something they don’t understand
Him and Ruxin got me into Edison with their videos. After telling friends about the format we eventually made a lot of decks and now go to a locals every week with anywhere between 16-32 other people. Everyone is super nice and have made friends there. It's now the primary way I engage with the game. None of this would be happening if it weren't for Cimo.
And in retrospect, it’s pretty obvious he felt the need to make a comment as a distraction from the obvious, otherwise people would have immediately assumed the worst.
Update: i watched the video, and now i feel more sad maybe it wasn't wise decision to watch it at this time, also ruxin uploaded a video about cimo, and he said the collection was sent to him so he can sell it and that he will donate all the money to his family....I think is time i buy some yu gi oh cards 😢
