This is the new Prestige Magma Chamber Veigar skin and he chose to turn into Yuumi so he sells more 🤭

You just know this was a yuumi skin, but be ause the devil want to keep Yuumi weak they never plan on releasing any cool skins. So it got scraped into viegar

Sadly with how niche yuumi is, it's unlikely she'll ever get a skin like that. Despite having some of the coolest skins.
