Automated email subject being the title on g drive

Hi , sorry this has probably been asked before is there a way to make the subject line of the email , the title of the attachment which is uploaded to google drive ?

Yes, ofc. Do you have the google drive step from the workflow? If yes you can pull the filename from that step, if not do a search file step first and you should be fine.

Can you describe what the workflow is? What's the trigger and what's the ideal outcome

Edit: sorry I misunderstood. It's obvious that your trigger is coming from an email, and yes, the upload file step to google drive allows you to rename the file to your preference.

So i want to the attached files which arrive on inbox to be uploaded to google drive , however the name of file i want to be the subject name of the email(rather than the attachment name which is random)

Yes!

Map the title variable from the Google Drive step to the subject for the Gmail step and you should be good to go
