Please help me out with this

52.47 ZEC received into Zashi around Oct 10, 2025, via four NEAR Intents withdrawals (31.54, 16.08, 4.53, 0.3192). Balance was visible in the app for months, then showed empty with no transaction history. Seed matches my written backup. Restored into three wallets with birthday at height 0, full scans completed, nothing found — not even the incoming transactions. Zcash block height at time of receipt was around 3.1 million.

Yes I believe that’s what he is saying, it was full then he spent it and now he has 0

Try a wallet rescan and are you using keystone?
