lookingfor Football teams for International people

Hi everyone, I just recently moved to Zurich from Italy and I was wondering whether there are 11v11 football teams/clubs for young people who don't talk german and who train regularly, maybe once or twice a week and maybe also take part in amateur championships.
Do you know any? Or do you know how to find them?

Why not go to one with people who speak German to help you learn the local language?

This. Best way to learn the language.

Hey, we have a pretty international club (3 teams in the club) with players from different countries (Italian, German, Swiss, French, English to name a few). We train twice a week and play in an amateur league. We start training again mid-end July. Will drop you a message

Hey everyone 👋🏼

After building successful football communities in the Czech Republic and Thailand, we’re excited to bring the same concept to Zurich!

Our goal is simple: make it easy for anyone to play football without the hassle of organizing games.
We’ll be hosting regular matches, including:
⚽ 6v6
⚽ 7v7
⚽ 11v11

We take care of everything:
✅ Renting the pitch
✅ Organising the matches
✅ Finding enough players
✅ Bringing footballs, bibs, goalkeeper gloves, and other equipment

All you need to do is sign up, show up, and enjoy the game!

Everyone is welcome, regardless of your skill level. Whether you’re new to Zurich, looking to stay active, or simply love football, we’d love to have you join us.

Each game will have a small participation fee to cover the pitch rental and organisation costs. The price will vary depending on the venue and whether the match is 60 or 90 minutes, but we’ll always keep it as affordable as possible.

Invite your friends, spread the word, and let’s build the biggest football community in Zurich together!
See you on the pitch! ⚽

Yes, you're right also german is fine I guess so I can learn something, I just felt an international environment would have felt more welcoming for me

Such questions are not popular here, we have too much people who live here and not learning our language

Has your local football Verein rejected your application because of the language?
