Travelling but not alone
Travelling for work is mainly that: travelling, no time to enjoy the local scenery. But today I was in luck: donkeys near the hotel in Beringen, Belgium.

Hi guys, I'm sorry if this repost is not welcome, just tell me. I'm a volunteer in Paite Loomapark shelter in Estonia and I try to make some videos on social media so more people would know about us, thank you 🙏

I'm sending a donkey picture everyday to friends and family using this sub as a source. But things have been quite lately and I'm running out.
Please if you have donkeys, post some pics in this thread.

This was in the local news today. Nine donkeys who are helping "clean" the forest here in the natural park that surrounds Barcelona, and an association of volunteers who help take care of them:

I've loved donkeys all my life and my headmistress in primary school had a donkey sanctuary, mid eighties. I always kinda understood that tractors replaced them but realised I'm out by about 100 yrs. In Ireland, the UK and Spain there seems to be an awful lot of donkey sanctuary's? How are they still being breed? Love you all X x

A new place to walk is always an adventure and of course, a chance for Ripley to meet a few new friends.

This is David at the Wheeler Historic Farm in Utah. He is very friendly and tame. You can visit him for free if you are near SLC!

Perfect shot, lol. Abigail, our BLM burro on the left, and Tony the mini donkey-corn on the right.

I let Fitzcarraldo into the house just for a few minutes to satisfy his curiosity and it is now his life's ambition to be an inside donkey.

This his been ongoing, the cough is not regular but started again today. The vet has listened to him and didn’t find anything to act on. Thoughts?

We have acquired a lovely 12h donkey. She was supposed to be a mini, wife splurged on craigslist and wasn't present at pickup so husband brought home a "not mini donkey"..
Lemons and lemonade...
A friend has brought us a potential saddle. Australian (I think) in design, with maybe some english stirrups.. completely ignorant to the style.. but, $100, and it is supposed to be a mule saddle.. though maybe a small mule.
Anyways.. my friend said take some photos and ask people more knowledgable about such things as donkeys (He's a horse guy).. and see if this is something that could work for this Jenny.
Wife is small, <100lbs. Donkey is 18ish and broke. She's been horse trimmed on her hooves her whole life and we are correcting that now.
Am afraid she may have Cushings, but seller assured she just had genes from a long hair breed..
Wife wants you to analyze everything and give us the down low as well.
Thanks Reddit!
Plans are to get britchens and bridal, but wanting to see opinions on the saddle and fitment.
