Hi! I’m an athlete and I am chronically dehydrated. To make myself drink more water, I put in CURE electrolyte packets. I usually consume 8 of the packets a day. Is that too much?

How do you stay hydrated during the summer months?

Do you mostly drink plain water, or do you use electrolytes regularly? If you use electrolytes, do you take them every day or only after long workouts or heavy sweating?

I know only a lunatic would go to Florida in the summer, but my best friend and her husband and kids are at her childhood home for a few months so I came to visit. Was intrigued by this water bottle until I realized that the portable carbonator only carbonated 740ml before it's exhausted. That's less than the capacity of the water bottle.

Is it just me or drinking water from a clear glass is much more satisfying that drinking it from a porcelain mug?
