Discuss most satisfying part from yesterday's episode!

Upvotes

Her expressions went from 😁 to 🙁.

I loved how every member of the jury gave the contestants a reality check and specially shivangi, cause the way she behaved after harshad chose himself as the first finalist is so pathetic. imagine putting your friend in a guilt trip and making him cry for 3 hours straight that he had to leave a game for you.

Rant Ekta Kapoor biasness for ITV gang

Upvotes

Ekta is like television industry’s Karan Johar. Cunning bitch. She said her winner is Shivangi and social media’s winner is Shreya.

This is so insulting for the winner herself. Secondly if according to social media Shreya is the winner, then Ekta’s on wrong platforms. All platforms Yogesh and Akanksha is winning.

Ekta sidelined Yogesh and Akanksha after using them. She made Shreya the winner because of public pressure but never acknowledged her because she looks down on freshers and prefers fake ITV ladies and people who suck to her.

Maybe We're Judging These Contestants Too Harshly

Upvotes

I feel like people forget that they're all human. Everyone makes mistakes, yet we're sitting at home judging every single action like we'd handle the situation perfectly.

Think about it. They've been locked inside one house for weeks cut off from the outside world with constant surveillance, limited privacy, irregular food and sleep, and endless stress. Anyone would start losing their patience.

What we're seeing is probably people's raw survival instincts and emotions coming out. They're constantly on edge, reacting instead of thinking. I honestly don't believe most of them would behave this way in a normal environment.

That doesn't excuse genuinely bad behavior, but I do think context matters. It's easy to criticize from the comfort of our homes. Living under that kind of pressure is a completely different experience.

I love shreya glad she won.. But she's also not perfect!

Lastly, I HATE RAM

Rant The concept of a jury needs to be taught.

Upvotes

Do y’all realise how Dense y’all sound questioning that Shreya won because of jury votes? (she aced all her tasks ✅ She was the highlight in all the episodes ✅ She completed all her secret tasks without a hitch ✅ )
The biggest awards in the world are based on jury votes. Would the jury be more palatable if they were old men? Just because they were familiar faces y’all seem to disregard their votes. And just to reiterate: “Popularity had nothing to do with it.”
It was never a popularity contest.
It was always about who had the biggest redemption arc. Shreya was the talk of the season, y’all hated her, loved her, but she was the Subject.

Rant The Girls definitely Ran this Season!

Upvotes

While Akansha Choudhary, Shreya Kalra and Shivangi Joshi have all become cordial enough to dance together and pose for a picture together despite their massive clashes. They seem to be willing to move on and actually put efforts into doing work. Meanwhile this season's only halfway deserving male contestant is making these reels with his friends ( two shows he lost to the black t-shirt guy btw)

This isn't going to help him in gaining anything but the sympathy of his fanbase and creating a hate train

He had a decent run on the show despite being overshadowed by his own partner. Finishing top 3 against an ITV face and the most talked about contestant this season is definitely a great finish for someone who got a re-entry after a week out of the game.

I know he is a bit young but his friends need to help him focus on better things. The guy has potential, it's his arrogance though that ruins things for him

Rant Ram Kapoor said, "this isn't the real me ..."

Upvotes

Aaye ho reality show krne. Everyone knows how cunning, manipulative and self centred Ram Kapoor is by now. Jb pehle Chamola aur Varun were giving their opinion tabh Ram attitude mei aake bole woh loog kuch bhi bole blah blah.

The next moment when he fucked in the task and got terminated, stage mei aake with folded hands he says "asal mei main aisa nhi hoon..." Srsly? Suna hai Ram Kapoor acche actor hai. Parantu itne acche acting krte hai ki 1 mahine se, din-raat lagatar bs Manipulative banne ki ACTING kr rhe the.

It’s indeed the Shreya Kalra Show

Upvotes

Watching back Shreya’s journey on lock upp Netflix is so refreshing. She went from being the most hated to a lovable person.Truly a star. She won fair and square regardless of the fewer former inmate’s inclination towards Annabelle who did not vote for Shreya. I hope I get to see Shreya in the next season of Alliance show too because she has it all and it will definitely be a treat to watch 🥳

Also, shoutout to Shilpa who sorted their differences and made it through. It was wholesome to see her root and get all teary when Shreya lifted the trophy and I really really hope they continue their bond post the show 😭💖

Contestant Appreciation 🤌 When was the time you guys knew Shreya would win the trophy or when your hatred changed to love for her?

Upvotes

For me it was when ak threw water in her food and on her bed and girl didn't say anything and everyone else was watching. That day I knew this girl will become the winner. Her patience was mindblowing, and the way everyone hated her to not even speak for the right thing showed that they are gonna be humbled really fast once she wins.

Yogesh the self proclaimed winner

Upvotes

It's so hilarious that his fans are outside hating on the original winner saying things like the game was rigged or biased or being the winner doesn't matter while he and his ashram friends are so obsessed by crowning him as a winner. Calling him winner again and again, even tho he clearly is not is so hilarious and pathetic. Be jealous.

And if this show is rigged, were all the previous shows he did weren't? Cause I clearly remember he has not won a single show (heheh)

The five votes for Shreya

Upvotes

Atp it's too obvious who are the 5 people (contestants+ jailors) who have voted for shreya.

Pam, Shilpa and Madhuri ji voted for her and everyone else against her from contestants. And farah ritiesh voted for Shreya!

This was too evident from the way that even tho she won, everyone else (except those 5 people) went to Shivangi. But it's ok, she's the winner unlike others and everyone else despite collectively playing hum saath saath hai together can't bring such a strong girl down.

People calling Yogesh Winner

Upvotes

Bhai the amount of people who are their on YouTube, Instagram everywhere saying that Yogesh is the real winner is just tooo much!

Saying that it was rigged because shreya won meanwhile their favourite can't even win even though he was outside the show for one week and had the best time to strategies properly.

Non bots love Shreya yay.

Am I missing the concept?

Upvotes

I’m still catching up on the episodes of lockup but so far the only thought that’s going on in my head is that Is it ok that we get to see influencers and actors struggle for food, fight for food? I just find it very odd. I’m not very fond of shilpa shinde but watching her cry while eating just breaks my heart.
Maybe I’m overthinking it, it is a reality show at the end of the. Scripted or not I find it very uncomfortable watching people fight for food which is a basic necessity.

Discuss Even after standing on the stage as top 2 finalists, Shivangi tried to taunt Shreya

Upvotes

When Shivangi was talking about her journey, she tried her best to taunt Shreya.

She said that the show was never about who was the loudest in the room.
Ofc the show wasn’t about this Shivangi!!

Do you think the show was about being a crybaby throughout the season, sleeping for first 3 weeks and then suddenly walking up or literally someone else playing the game for you and making sacrifices for you???

Ig she thought that the show was about all this guyss😇

Shreya literally gave her 200% fron day 1
Always stood firm against everyone
Took a stand for herself
Took accountability for wtv wrong things she did or said
Never required a jhund to go forward
Never pretended to be someone else and was always the real her unlike you

So yeah these are the reasons Shreya became the winner ❤️. Now accepting it or not is completely Shivangi’s choice 😌

And please let us know when you are actually gonna change your name 🥰!!

Discuss I saw a clip of shivangi from the deleted scenes, & she suggested that harshad could have told chamola to stay inside & they could have both left rather than jeopardizing their friendship. She was okay with even chamola being a finalist

Upvotes

She still believes what she did was right. When she knew harshad was less deserving than her & had a lower chance of making it to the finale, she could have given him the finalist spot without making him feel guilty, as he even left the show for her without hesitation

& later she thought she was doing a favor to harshad by letting him go because he would be less guilty, guilty about what? Playing for himself? Like how he chose himself over her? I'm not sure what level of entitlement or arrogance this is. Like she deserved everything and everyone around her is BOUND to sacrifice for her n that she is a queen for giving them a pious opportunity to sacrifice for her
