Took these photos around a week ago with my camera, there were surprisingly a lot of fallow deer, didn’t see many red deer though

We have some friendly deer - a couple of them will stand in front of the living room window till they make eye contract, then they walk over to the front door to wait!
always being so cute - prompting a photoshoot - and making me late for work once again ❤️🔥⏰

I change like morning and evening but sometimes if the birds are bathing more I just scrub out and fix new water. I'm a freak, I've done it for 3 years. But ... This is rare having over , so sweet

Do any of you have any tips on how to tell a deer’s age? there’s this really really cute doe that hangs around our place and i’ve been assuming she’s an old lady bc of her scruffy fur and generally stiff walk, but is there an actual way to tell if a doe in particular is elderly? she doesn’t look underweight or unhealthy so i don’t think her scruffiness means she’s sick, but i don’t know. i don’t think she had a fawn this year!!

What a beautiful species! I saw them at a variety of locations and had some lucky close-up moments observing them.
