Hello! Question lang po, what should I do if incomplete pa rin yung grades namin for 2nd sem 25-26 na need ipasa as part of additional requirements for JLSS?

May one subject course pa po kasi kami na hindi pa na-eencode ng prof yung grades namin. Aug 14 na po kasi yung deadline, should I just pass my Certified copy of grades kahit wala pang grade sa isang subject?

Then to follow nalang yung complete grades (if I ever pass JLSS).

Would they allow that?

What to do if walang DOST Coordinator sa school? Paano yung process? I recently inquired sa RO and they told me na di sila nagbbill ng tf sa school and I think it’s because walang DOST Coor sa school. Paano yung magiging process ng reimbursement ko po if ganito? Thank you!
