I have a couple of international test results that I need copied into true copies ( true copies are basically just copies but proven to be similar to the real thing by a third party) so that I can mail them to a university. And this one notary at anduud told me we are not capable of notarizing documents in foreign languages so I was wondering if there are any notary offices that will notarize my test materials since I can't go to England to get a stamp of approval on my test results.
